Mareli did SUCH an amazing job helping us out with the fact the stone in my wife's ring fell out a second time after being repaired last week. She offered us a replacement & then a trade in for a set to replace the ring entirely for something different. My wife & I couldn't have asked for better customer service than what she provided for us!

I came in looking for a watch for my husband for Father’s Day. I had seen two watches I liked at different locations in the mall, but when I saw the top tier beautiful selection at Zales I knew I would be purchasing from them. Not only was their selection the best, the customer service was by far the best. The team answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable and timely manner. They cleaned the watch I selected thoroughly- even the box and wrapped it. Bonus - they are campaigning for St. Jude’s donations. I will be back and recommend this Zales!

Mareli was a huge help, she worked with me for multiple days to make sure I found the perfect ring! She was very patient and made sure to work with our budget in mind as well. I cannot recommend Zales enough, she made the search for my wedding ring a breeze.

I’ve been a customer of Zales for over 20 years. When I walked in today, Lisa was approachable and friendly. She cleaned my engagement/wedding ring set, which she complimented on how beautiful it was and how she also likes the princess cut. She informed me that putting lotion on the hands, even before putting on the ring, could possibly push out the stone, increasing the likelihood of the diamond falling out. That was very insightful information that I was not aware of and will be more conscious of. Thank you for a pleasant experience. And thank you for the wedding wishes as I’m getting married this Saturday.

Went today to check to see if my ring was needing a cleaning and Lisa was a great help. She helped me to understand my paperwork better and gave my ring a sparkly new cleaning. Highly highly recommend coming to Lisa for your next jewelry purchase.

Nora has been amazing to work with due to my ring being with Zales for a month to be sized, the company they work with wouldn't size it so she worked with me to get a new ring. While I was there I looked into getting a other band and Jordan was very helpful in picking out the perfect band and ordered another one the quickest he could. Excellent customer service!
